What is the difference between Bangkok and Phuket cuisine?

Well, both Phuket and Bangkok have very similar cuisines, because both are in the native land of Thailand, the only difference really is the quality of the food. Bangkok is much higher quality than just the somewhat plain Phuket style.

Phuket doesn't hurt (unless you want it to whereas Bangkok could cause a bit of discomfort.

Phuket uses beaver

Bangkok you do it in a group. Where as in Phuket you do it with one hand.

If you Bangkok first it makes it harder to Phuket.
