I am Thai. Believe me, temperature at Phuket is the same year round. The only factor that changes the temperature is the rain. The temperature is about 35C or 85F

November until March is the most comfortable times to visit phuket, when the average high temperatures are in the mid 70s, and there is little precipitation.
